Ian Garcia and his family recently moved down to the SW, and with his background in property development and marketing he quickly identified that the opportunity for converting garages in the area into useful living accommodation had great potential.

Ian is married to Lynda, who works in the business, and has 2 young daughters Isabelle and Elizabeth.
The team are based in the Exeter area but cover the whole of the SW region.
